Animesh Pathak is currently pursuing his PhD in the University of Southern California. He graduated from ITBHU in 2003 with a B.Tech in Comp. Sc. and Engg.
Animesh has been involved in a lot of alumni projects for the CSE department and is currently one of the maintainers of the CSE blog. Apart from that, he is one of the coordinators of the southern california chapter of ITBHU.org.
He is also in the core working group that maintains the website and is one of the volunteers handling the registration module. Apart from that, he is a part of the working group for the Wireless Networking project.
His hobbies include hiking, reading science fiction and working for ITBHU. He looks forward to finishing his PhD as soon as possible so that he can go back and teach :-).

Anshuman, has been in the field
of Software Product Development for last six years. He currently works
for a company called NetContinuum, in the field of application
security. Prior to joining NetContinuum, he was with WIPRO, which he
had joined after his graduation. He is yet to form his company :-)
Anshuman has been involved in multiple projects related to IT and BHU for past three years. He was one of the initial members of the ITBHU.org team.

Anshuman is also a member of the core working group of ITBHU.org, which
is responsible for the overall management of the alumni website,
www.itbhu.org. He has been instrumental in setting up the alumni
registration facility and is currently working on various enhancements
to provide a rich set of facilities to the alumni community. Apart from working for ITBHU.org, Anshuman is the primary liason with the Institute for varoius alumni projects and is currently involved in building a team of students at the Institute (called Team@Institute) which will be the representatives of the alumni organisation in the institute and would be instrumental in the implementation of various alumni projects. He is also one of the coordinators of the Bangalore chapter of ITBHU.org Anshuman is married and lives in Bangalore with his familiy.

Sanjay Dani is the founding board member of ITBHU.org, the ITBHU Organization of Alumni, a California nonprofit. Since graduating from ITBHU with a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, Sanjay Dani has attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for an MS in Computer Science and the Stanford Graduate School of Business as a Sloan Fellow for a Master's degree specializing in Global Management.
He worked for Sun Microsystems, Inc. in Mountain View on Solaris Open Network Computing. He went on to found Web Professionals, Inc., one of the first pure-play web hosting companies in 1995.
After the acquisition of Web Professionals by iAsiaWorks, Inc in 2000, Sanjay Dani worked as the Vice President of iAsiaWorks' hosting business in the Asia Pacific. He was involved in launching Internet Data Centers in South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong. He also led, planned or completed acquisitions in India, Singapore and Australia as well as represented iAsiaWorks in acquisition and investment talks with telecommunications majors.
Subsequently, he bought back the Web Professionals business. From its offices in the US and India, Web Professionals offers 7x24 outsourcing of managed services for hosted infrastructure.
Sanjay Dani was involved in several Silicon Valley ventures in their early stage in various capacities: on the advisory board, a substantial advisory contributor or an initial investor in Cobalt Networks, Inc. (subsequently acquired by Sun Microsystems, Inc.), RLX Technologies, Berkeley Networks, Net Continuum, Accordion Networks and Caltos Capital.
In 2002, he started spending time on nonprofit activities. He was a member of the Board of Cinequest Film Festival in San Jose, rated among the top ten film festivals in the world. He started ITBHU.org over a lunch meeting with a fellow alumnus at the Cipotle Taqueria in Sunnyvale. During 2003-2006, he organized initiatives to improve governance in his native India. This included promoting the movement to establishing the Right to Information Act in his native state Maharashtra and subsequently for all of India and working like-minded people to promote accountability in the justice system.
Sanjay lives on the Nob Hill in San Francisco. He enjoys writing, traveling, running and meeting with dedicated and passionate people with a growth mindset from all walks of life.
